Agate Centre has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Police of the Czech Republic. The collaboration aims to explore how algorithmic game theory and data-driven decision-making can support more efficient resource allocation and improve public safety.
The Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University, together with the AGATE Centre, has signed a cooperation memorandum with the Regional Directorate of the Czech Police in the Pilsen Region. The partnership creates a framework for joint research, knowledge exchange, and educational activities aimed at applying advanced mathematical methods and algorithmic decision-making to real-world policing challenges.
The collaboration will focus on areas such as police logistics, patrol planning, information sharing, and the transfer of research outcomes into practice.
