1st Agate Workshop – Agate Fest

Friday, March 27, 2026, 1 – 7 PM

School of Computer Science, Charles University, Malostranské náměstí 25, Prague 1

Agate Fest successfully launched the first Agate Workshop

The first Agate Fest brought together leading international researchers, students, and members of the public for a day of inspiring lectures, lively discussions, and informal networking. The scientific program featured presentations by Hervé Moulin, Martin Loebl, Anna Bogomolnaia, and Ron Holzman, who introduced recent advances in cooperative game theory, fair division, voting theory, and infinite games, demonstrating the breadth and impact of modern algorithmic game theory.

The festival concluded with a remarkable piano concert by Michel Grabisch, whose performance of works by Bach, Mozart, Chopin, and Liszt provided a memorable artistic finale to the event and attracted members of the wider public.

Visitors can explore the atmosphere of the festival in the accompanying photo gallery, while those interested in the scientific content can find detailed summaries of all talks in the published abstracts.
